Customer Service Advisor | Receptionist

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, is naturally friendly, and thrives in a varied, busy environment.

No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
If you have the right attitude and enjoy working with people, we’d love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Welcoming customers to the showroom and directing them to the right department (Sales or Service).
✅ Handling phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
✅ Assisting the Sales Team with general customer enquiries and support.
✅ Assist the Aftersales Department in carrying out appointments and MOT bookings

What We’re Looking For:

  •  A positive, approachable personality
  • Someone who is friendly, well‑presented, and enjoys helping others
  • Confidence in speaking with customers in person and on the phone
  • Willingness to learn — experience is welcome but absolutely not essential

Salary is Dependent on Experience, Full Private Medical Care after probationary period.
